Captured By Kylie is a photographer local to the Gold Coast with an impressive portfolio of newborn and maternity shoots across the scenic countryside of New Zealand and in her own studio on the Gold Coast, Australia.

Kylie’s website needed to have a strong SEO foundation and a clean and simple way to display her impressive gallery of images. Captured By Kylie’s brand styling is quaint and personal, so this had to be echoed in the web design.

With Google releasing a major update regarding search ranking and website speed, speedy load times are always essential. Photography websites can be tricky because there are so many images! This was combatted with the use of lazy loading and image optimisation software.

The final result was a quick, clear website structure which kept all image galleries within arms reach. The simplistic styling was in-keeping with the quaint and personal brand styling. A great example of a ‘different’ website project.
